Brandon Timothy Jessen is the Chief Executive Officer of CEMOIL, bringing more than two decades of hands-on, high-level experience in the oil and gas industry. His career spans roles as Drilling Superintendent, Drilling Consultant, Rig Manager, Drill Site Manager, and strategic advisor for major operators including Chief Oil & Gas, Chesapeake, Rice Energy, and Chevron.
Known for his leadership, work ethic, and commitment to operational excellence, Brandon has managed multi-rig platforms, overseen complex drilling programs in the Marcellus and Utica formations, and led teams through specialized projects in efficiency, safety, anti-collision methodologies, and rig commissioning/decommissioning. His expertise in directional drilling, regulatory compliance, and team development has made him a respected figure in modern oilfield operations.
Brandon also has a strong entrepreneurial background, having owned and operated multiple small businesses, managed water well and shallow gas drilling companies, and developed patented products within the industry. His career reflects a blend of technical mastery, innovative problem-solving, and a dedication to improving drilling efficiency while maintaining strict safety and environmental standards.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Brandon is a devoted family man. He is the proud father of three beautiful children—two boys and a girl—and is happily married. His family is his greatest motivation and the foundation that drives his commitment to building a company rooted in integrity, reliability, and forward-thinking energy solutions.
Today, as CEO of CEMOIL, Brandon leads with vision, passion, and decades of field-tested experience, guiding the company into a future of growth, innovation, and exceptional service.tion.

Born in 1971 to Dennis “Smokey” Allen and Bonnie Allen, Chris Allen grew up on his grandparents’ dairy farm in Wyalusing, Pennsylvania. The discipline, integrity, and work ethic instilled in him during those formative years became the bedrock of his character and future pursuits. He graduated from Towanda High School before entering the United States military at age eighteen.
During his service, Chris traveled widely and served as an 11 Charlie in an 81mm mortar platoon. His military experience sharpened his leadership skills and broadened his perspective on life.
After receiving an honorable discharge, Chris returned home to take responsibility for his family’s flooring business. Soon after, he married his wife, and together they raised four children. Today, he is a proud grandfather of five, whom he considers among life’s greatest blessings.
In 2012, as Towanda, Pennsylvania became the center of the Marcellus Shale boom, Chris recognized an opportunity. Defying the notion that “flooring guys don’t start energy support companies,” he founded a rental company focused on safety and environmental innovations. Under his leadership, the company secured multiple patents and expanded to five locations across four states, serving more than 35 leading producers and energy companies.
When the industry faced a downturn, Chris and his wife demonstrated resilience and vision by launching both an environmental company and a roustabout company. Through every challenge, his unwavering faith in Jesus Christ remained his anchor. His deepening relationship with Christ led him into mission work dedicated to feeding, clothing, and housing those in need.
Two guiding quotes continue to shape Chris’s life and principles:

Born in Ventura, California, Kenny Lamb found his true home in Oklahoma when his family settled in Lone Grove during his childhood. Shaped by small-town values and a deep faith, he built a life rooted in family, service, and integrity. A proud 1989 graduate of Lone Grove High School, Kenny now resides in Ardmore.
An avid bowhunter and golfer, Kenny treasures time outdoors—moments that keep him grounded, connected to nature, and open to reflection and gratitude.
Following high school, Kenny served eight years in the United States Army, completing two deployments. His military experience instilled discipline, strengthened his leadership, and deepened his trust in God, forming the steady, purpose-driven approach that guides him today.
After returning home with an honorable discharge, Kenny embarked on a 24-year career in banking, specializing in lending. He became known for his fairness, integrity, and genuine care for the people he served.
Kenny’s commitment to community and faith remains central to his life. He is an active member of First Baptist Church Ardmore, serves on the board of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, graduated from the 2009–2010 Leadership Ardmore program, and attended Oklahoma State University.
At the heart of it all is family. Kenny married his wife, Jamie, on May 8, 2009, and together they’ve raised two sons, Kyle and Kolby. Whether serving through his church, mentoring young athletes, enjoying the golf course, or bowhunting in the quiet woods, Kenny strives to live each day with faith, gratitude, and purpose.
